TRAC Materials, Inc. uses various avenues to gather applicants.  They may complete an application on line within this website or apply in person at the various locations.  Once an application is submitted the application is submitted to the Division Supervisor for review.  If an applicant is qualified for more than one position the application is copied and submitted to multiple Supervisors.

The Supervisor will select candidates from the applications to be interviewed.  The interview process is with the Supervisor and the Human Resources Manager.  Once a selection is made references are checked and upon hire the candidate must pass a drug test.  The first process after completing all the necessary paperwork and review of our personnel policies will be safety training.

TRAC  Materials, Inc. owns and operates underground Quarries, Concrete Plants and an Asphalt Plant.  There may be several positions that are utilized during the production of materials such as, Heavy Equipment Operator, Drivers, Plant Operators, Mixer Drivers, Dispatch, Mechanics, Scale Operator, etc.
